Please read our booking, stay, cancellation and property policies carefully before confirming your reservation.

Booking & Payment

• Advance payment may be required to confirm the reservation.

• Booking confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp, phone call, or email.

• The remaining balance must be paid at or before check-in.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 11:00 AM

• Check-out: 12:00 PM

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days before arrival may be eligible for a refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date may not be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Guest Responsibility

• Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect the property.

• Any damage caused to property or belongings may incur additional charges.

Safety & Wildlife

• As the property is located near natural and wildlife areas, guests are advised to follow safety instructions.

• The management is not responsible for incidents resulting from ignoring safety guidelines.

Swimming Pool & Campus Facilities

• Swimming pool and recreational facilities available within the campus are managed separately.

• Usage of these facilities may be subject to additional charges and separate rules.

Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

• Management will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

Right to Refuse Service

• Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who violates property rules or engages in inappropriate behaviour.
